Sareena Barnes created Studio SB to offer a warm and welcoming place where you can feed your soul and nourish your body.

Sareena has had numerous years of dance experience since the age of 4 in London, UK, progressing to a professional, globe-travelling dance career in various forms of dance from Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Classical Indian (Bharatnatyam and Kathak) and her forte; Bollywood dance.

Since then Sareena became passionate and well-versed in a deeper connection with the body by investing in Yoga and taking her daily practice to advanced levels with 200 hour yoga training in Iyengar, Yin and Vinyasa Yoga and moving into Acro-Yoga while living in Indonesia.

A shoulder injury through dance led to Pilates for rehabilitation, resulting in studying and training for certifications in Advanced Studio, Mat, Reformer and Special Populations Pilates in Sydney, Australia. Sareena has now navigated a career as a post-rehab based, an injuries and special populations based and workout based instructor for over 12 years.

With 4 children and a huge amount of experience in helping bodies restore and recover, Studio SB was opened to create a space that invites everyone to join in movement and wellness, that brings all things positive to your soul and to your body, and is …
